For this project, our company performed urban planning services, which involved developing a concept for the functional development of the area and optimizing its spatial organization. Considering the project’s scale and location, our objective was to create a planning scheme that was harmoniously integrated with the urban environment, functionally sound, and oriented towards a long-term perspective. The developed solutions accounted for both the efficient utilization of the territory and the proper organization of movement, public spaces, and overall urban balance.
