About the Project
The project for a new multi-apartment residential building on Cherry Street in Tbilisi is a prime example of our company’s architectural and administrative efficiency, as its full approval was achieved in a record time of just 1 month. The main concept of the project is an ideal synthesis of low-rise, cozy development and a green, ecological environment, which was made possible by the proper distribution of space on a 3,450 sq. m. total project area plot. The architectural design created a 7-story residential building, incorporating up to 1,000 sq. m. of functional and comfortable living space. The optimal volume of the building allowed us to dedicate the largest part of the territory – up to 2,700 sq. m. – entirely to landscaping and a recreational zone.
