Multi-apartment residential building on Sandro Euli Street – the “Greenity” project. Commissioned by “Greenity” company, our team prepared the project for a large-scale residential building located on Sandro Euli Street. This property stands out for its ecological concept and the extensive recreational space it offers, which creates exceptional comfort in a densely built urban environment.
Recreational Priority and Planning
The project area covers 4,500 sq.m. The main starting point of our architectural vision was to maximize the greening of the territory — according to the project, more than 2,200 sq.m. (almost half of the plot) is dedicated to green space. This decision allows residents to enjoy a well-maintained inner courtyard and a healthy environment in the central part of the city.
Architectural Features
The designed 23-story residential building is characterized by modern aesthetics and functional planning. The project includes:
- Up to 7,200 sq.m. of residential area, distributed among various types of comfortable apartments;
- Up to 2,000 sq.m. of office space, integrated into the building’s structure, ensuring the presence of a business area close to the residential complex.
Project Quality
The complete project documentation prepared by our company meets the highest standards of safety and sustainability. During the project development, both insolation (natural lighting) norms and energy-efficient solutions were taken into account, which was one of Greenity’s main requirements.
This project is another example of how a multi-story residential building can be designed to benefit greenery and open spaces, ultimately determining the quality of life for future residents.
